Cindy brings her vibrant passion for dance, fitness, and overall wellness to every session. As a certified Zumba® instructor and Personal Trainer with a strong academic foundation – a BS in Kinesiology from West Chester University and an MS in Occupational Therapy (OT) from New York University – Cindy offers a unique approach to health, fitness and movement.
Her 25 years of experience in healthcare and occupational therapy and working with clients from teens to seniors, ensures a safe and effective path to improved your well-being, all while making your workout enjoyable.
