We are excited to offer our fitness classes with options to suit everyone! You can join us in person for that live energy, connect virtually through Zoom from anywhere, or access the on-demand library whenever it works for you. This multi-format approach is all about fitting into your schedule, adapting to your changing needs, and ensuring you never have to miss a workout, even while traveling.
Class Offerings
Move N Groove & Strength
Monday
9:30 - 10:30 am
Get ready to sweat, smile, and get seriously strong! This class kicks off with a 40 minute dance party-our signature Move N Groove fitness. Then, we seamlessly transition into a powerful 20 minute strength session (set to awesome background tunes) to boost your muscle, protect your bones, and future proof your body against injury. It’s the perfect combo of fun cardio and functional strength!

Wednesday
9:00 - 10:00 am, with a 30 minute bonus Strength & Balance segment following class.
Get ready to move and groove in our Move N Groove class, a fun-filled workout similar to Zumba! Enjoy a full-body warm-up followed by easy-to-follow, fast-choreography set to upbeat music from around the world. This interval-based aerobic workout combines high and low rhythms to burn calories, sculpt your body, and elevate your heart rate. Dancing for fitness not only strengthens your heart and muscles but also boosts your mood and mental well-being. Come join the party and feel the benefits of fitness through dance!
Dance & Sculpt
Tuesday and Thursday
9:00 - 10:00 am
Experience the Joy of Movement! This class offers a unique blend of dance fitness and targeted toning. We begin with a warm-up, followed by choreographed movements that engage major muscle groups (light weights or toning sticks are optional, similar to Zumba Toning). Then, get ready to move to global beats in a fun dance segment, incorporating interval training to challenge your cardiovascular system and enhance your overall fitness journey.

Walk In or Groove on In

Single in-person class, live on ZOOM or access an On Demand link for 24 hours.
If you "Groove On In" on a Wednesday, you’ll receive the 30-minute Strength & Balance segment for no additional fee! That is double the value for the price of a single class. It’s the ultimate mid-week reset to keep you feeling strong, centered, and energized.
